Signature on delivery (optional service)

Standard domestic shipping does not automatically include Signature On Delivery. We present this option to you first because it helps to keep your shipping cost to a minimum.

If you do require a Signature On Delivery, simply choose this option at check out (or contact us at hello@candlesforless.com.au immediately after check out). An additional fee of $2.95 applies. This is the exact amount our shipping supplier charges for the Signature On Delivery service. We do not profit from your shipping cost.

For parcels that require a signature, if you are not home upon delivery, your parcel may be redirected to your nearest Post Office for you to collect. We do not provide assistance with the collection process.

 

Dispatch & tracking

Orders are shipped in 5 - 7 business days. 

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email that can be used to track the status of your order.

Candles For Less is an Australian owned and operated company. Our eCommerce store is open 24/7. Our offline business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 10am to 1pm. Sunday closed. International shipping

Unfortunately we do not sell our product outside of Australia at the moment.

 

We value our international supporters enormously, so you are always welcome to participate in our promotions and competitions. To claim your prize, you will need to provide your full name, a valid phone number and postal address. Shipping will be calculated based on your actual delivery address. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Alternatively, you are entitled to cancel your entry and or prize at any time. Simply contact us at hello@candlesforless.com.au.
